The standard queen room was great, I could have stayed there all day; the hotel staff were lovely, and the location was central, being close to the Lake District.

There were great beds and central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the classic double room.

The location was not so great, it's a pitty.

Small hotel in an extremely comfortable area very close to local transport, the restaurant, lovely bars. Newly remodelled and comfy units available with a comfy bed, shower, for instance. True 3-star experience, excellent service. Really enjoyable experience there.

The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed staying in the classic double room, as well as the breakfast at the restaurant.

The staff here were attentive and reasonably good during our stay, and the premier king room had central heating, a TV, and a sitting area, not to mention a very comfy bed and a large bathroom.

The delicious breakfast was absolutely fantastic. the airy classic queen room was neat and amazing. the location is excellent, very close to the train and bus station. Sugar&spice Cafe and Bistro nearby is a great spot for tea or coffee. Great accommodation for a one-night stay.

The place we stayed at had a pretty spacious room that looked like it had been recently spruced up. It had a nice big bathroom that gave us the option of either a relaxing bath 🛀 or a quick shower.

The breakfast served was great. the location of the hotel was marvelous - just a short walk away from Carver Memorial Urc. My standard queen room with a coffee machine, a comfy bed, and tea was big and budget-friendly.
